After playing much better of late on the penalty kill, LA allowed Minnesota a pair of power play goals on Monday night and that was ultimately what did the Kings in during stop one of a two-game road trip. After earning three straight wins at Crypto.com Arena last week, coach Jim Hiller saw his team suffer another road loss when playing outside of Downtown LA. An early goal from Adrian Kempe had put the team up 1-0, but it was essentially all downhill from there. Alex Laferriere came close, but nothing went in for him.
