So an OT loss clinches, correct?
Yes, OT, shootout, just need one point. Vegas needs to win their three remaining games (and win at least one of those in regulation/OT, not shootout) and the Kings need to lose their remaining games in regulation for Vegas to pass the Kings.
 
Yep, down to 1 point now. Any combination of Kings gaining 1 point or Vegas losing a point.

Just reading now on NHL.com, I hadn't realized they switched the first tiebreaker to REGULATION wins, not Regulation + OT Wins. So if we lose out and Vegas wins 3 straight games in OT, we still are in over them.

I actually had to go look at the standings again to see that the Kings do in fact have more RW's than Vegas. I mean it makes sense since the Kings are ahead of them in the standings but it sure doesn't feel like they do. Wow this team really has been good this year for all our griping.
