This is one of those many times I wish Old Doc Naysay was still doling out his wisdom. His distaste for Crash was the stuff of legends. On to this...is this revisit/review correct? Technically...yeah probably. Is it fair? I'm not sure. Are there problematic elements...well, yeah! Was kinda the point. And I think, no matter how poorly bungled or less woke story choices seem now, at the time this was about as WOKE as movies were. And it wasn't a drama, it was a dark comedy. Kevin Spacey + the evil closeted dad(btw, how about the subtext that current events add to that), makes that a little ewwwwwww in the rearview mirror. But does it invalidate this movie?
