This Asian lady was ecstatic because these were in stock. She told me that they only let you buy two. She even said to dip it in egg and fry it and showed me photos on her phone!
Had it for lunch and it was quite tasty and seems very healthy. I’ll probably buy again!
 
Ok the consensus at the SloMo compound is that this tastes like, you got it.......Futomaki sushi..... :mhihi:

These Trader Joe's Vegetable Birds Nests are insane and great in the air fryer. Kind of like onionring/hashbrown, crunchy and tasty, with a soy dip.
