Congrats to Haiti for qualifying already my guess for fan favorite in 2026. It made me think of another famous Haitian that will probably make an appearance in the press box...

Who wants to bet US and Iran get in the same group?

England will get Scotland and whoever qualifies between Wales, Ireland or Northern Ireland. Maybe throw South Korea in too so Kane and Son can play against each other.

Yes, more of this please. I want scenarios, match ups, rivalries. Aside, don't have the depth of your knowledge in this department, like did not know Norway were world beaters. Damn. Says it all. And you guys know, I love cheering for Scandinavian (or as my friend James calls the "white boy" ) teams in the WC for no real reason. lol.

Okay, if the US is slotted with Iran, good- solid rivalry but what if we are slotted with Mexico. Seriously, a tie would be our "Miracle on Ice".

US, Mexico and Canada are all in pot 1 as hosts, so I don’t think they can be in groups together. Not to say they couldn’t meet in knockout rounds if any advance out of group stage

It's actually very complicated who qualifies
Northern Ireland has maybe 5 % chance to eliminate Italy and then Italy will play the winner of Wales and Bosnia .

Ireland will play vs Czechia and then if wins vs Denmark -North Macedonia winner .
So yes it theoretically possible,but in reality all three teams should be eliminated from playing at world cup at all
