All Things:AMC television

Anyone watching BCS. Thought last weeks episode was one of the best. Can't wait to see the fallout tonight.

It's turning into a really good show. Far more interesting to me than Into the Badlands.

Hopefully preacher will be much better than that first Season with lots of what the heck did I just watch moments.

Better Call Saul is the best show on tv AINEC. TWD turned to **** and luckily they hit another home run with BCS to replace it with.

Love me some Better Call Saul. Watching it right now, in fact. Maybe one day I will actually watch that other show that I am told several of the characters are in. There needs to be a lot more Mike next week, though.

Badlands is watchable, but not great. People constantly switching sides is getting more annoying than the sheer number of redshirts who get constantly massacred while the main cast is invulnerable to everything.

Yep this about covers it.

Still visually a beautiful show in its own right, which has me sticking with it.

I wonder how many of you who are praising BCS now were just complaining about it a year ago. The BB easter eggs are coming fast and furious now and I recall a TON of complaining about how long it was taking. I feel a little differently. I think it's a little TOO cutesy now. And I'm not really keen on the whitewashing of Jimmy/Saul. Oh, he's got a heart of gold...it's just that his brother is such a 'Skyler'.

As someone who has loved this show from day one, I agree with you on the BB references. Not sure about the "whitewashing," though. Jimmy seems to be able to compartmentalize the different aspects of his personality pretty well. This is Jimmy's own breaking bad story. The more of a good guy he is at the beginning (at least a relatively harmless shyster), the more effective the ultimate turn to the darkside may be, if it is handled well. That's what made Breaking Bad so good - an all-around nice guy turns flat out evil.

Well here is something nobody saw coming...Fear the Walking Dead is better than the parent show. Now, that's to be taken with a grain of salt. It's only 3 hrs into the 3rd season...but with massive change behind the scenes, and meandering/pointless characters(the Manawas) replaced by the subtle charms of one Dayton Callie...it's really starting to find it's way. A little grittier than TWD. And apparently going a little topical with politics and race issues. If you tapped out...please, give it another chance. I think you will find it to be more to your liking.

If Dayton Callie is in, I will come back. I tapped out when the chick gave the dudes the location of their boat.
