For me...the legends of practical make up were the same as good character actors. Essential to a movie, doing a job that doesn't get the same consideration as the leads and director. So, Indulge me, ok. Dick Smith was a kind and generous man, who constantly strived to improve his personal contribution to the business. The fact that he willingly and openly shared his trademark-able innovations with his peers made him a true legend.

‘Ghost Story’ is an underrated movie despite its flaws with some really effective creepy make up and designs.

The book is on another level of awesomeness though. ;)
