Took the kiddos to see Aladdin. I thought it was par for the Disney course. Well done in general with enough changes to tell the story so that this version can stand on its own. The only visual complaint I have is Guy Ritchies insistence on doing that stop motion fast forward shot stuff. It just never did it for me. Will Smith was fine as genie. The Jasmine songs I'll have to ponder, I can't tell if they were good but out of place or jarring because they weren't expected.

Jeez, that looks brilliant.

But, January through March is 'dumping ground' time. So, this is either too weird, complete and utter sh_ _e, or a combination of both.
