The Leftovers continues to be pretty good. Even more mystery added this week, and I'm going to be needing SOME answers soon. Not sure what the ratings look like, but I know they'd be better if it wasn't stuck at the 10pm slot right after True Blood.

Here's my theory.
Doghunter guy: He (like the 'voices' in cop dads head) is someone who has the ability to float between different dimensions. The people who went missing just moved to another dimension where they think the people we're watching vanished too. He's killing the dogs because he knows they're going crazy. The whole animals can see into different plains of existence and whatever angle.
I know it's out there, but why not have some fun with such a wrist cutter of a show?
Another theory: A lot more exposition to come.

Might have something there Smytheking. That dude always nails it, well at least he did in Super Troopers (Spread it on!!!) and Terriers, where he was the big bad. Apparently next weeks show is a changeup and unlike anything we have seen so far, so I am looking forward to that!

True Detective was nominated for Best Drama Series (not Best Miniseries) and McConaughey/Harrelson both received Best Actor in a Drama Series... it is also up for Best Writing and Directing in a Drama Series.

That entire flashback took about half of the episode just to tell you, at the very beginning of the episode, that there's a secret tunnel that they're going to use to escape at the very end of the episode.
