So the clone me just killed the real me for programming it to think Westworld is overrated. Read: Season 2 complete. Sobriety was the key to staying on task. Please tell me this show is more than just daddy issues in a ten gallon hat. :robodance:

It was pretty clear about 2 episodes into s2 that this show was dead man walking. Shame, the first season was decent. Then again, Reg E. Cathey's death cast a shadow on things too. Cinemax is very half assed when it comes to their shows. Even Banshee, which had an audience, got their budget cut year after year. I don't expect the Boys to fare much better.

It is definitely uncomfortable to watch at times. I love they are staying true to the era and not being too PC ... history can't be rewritten no matter how hard people try ...

If you haven't...watch the show on the app. After the episode they have some nice stuff with Pelicanos and some of the other folks behind the scenes. They often discuss the history of the 'Deuce.

I'd slap money down on Gendry waaay before Arya. Maybe it's just me, but I think he is a strong dark horse since the dire pup seems to already be out of the bag on how George intends it to end.
