All Things:NETFLIX

Showtime's "Shameless" is streaming now (first four seasons); in fact, the British series on which the American one is based is streaming as well. William H. Macy is amazing, as always, but the ensemble cast is shockingly good. I've never seen Emmy Rossum in anything before, and she's terrific in this. Joan Cusack is also in it, in a fairly minor role, and she's her usual great self. Definitely worth a look-see if you haven't caught it on Showtime.

Stranger Things is out. And it's goooood... Real good. Very '80's vibe. Reminds me of both E.T. and The Thing a little. Very binge worthy.
 
BoJack Horseman season 3 next Friday. First two seasons were strange, silly, smart, snarky, sad, sometimes sweet and often hilarious. One of my favorite things on Netflix.

I'll have to give it another try. I watched a few, liked it enough...just not enough to commit. Keep hearing good things though so...

I just finished Season 2. It gets real campy real quick. And by Season 2, a lot of "oh come on" moments. But I still enjoyed it.

3 episodes into Stranger Things....Winona Ryder is really good, as is the sheriff. I'm enjoying, but hope it's not going to be another slate of no answers given.

I have to say though, I like the shortened seasons on some of these netflix series (e.g. Stranger Things, Between, Peaky Blinders). Really lets you get into the meat of the series without a lot of filler.

So many online peeps have been gushing about Stranger Things. I started it, and am definitely on board. And the music! The Clash! guitarist:

Maybe, I am surprised, but when it comes to online gushing, I approach with trepidation, and sometimes, don't believe the hype.

Ah forgot to even mention that, the music in stranger things is great and some nice surprises as the season goes on
