All Things:NETFLIX

Agreed. I probably checked out mentally in the third season too but I really like the way DC is portrayed visually. And the fact that everyone dresses formally (Robin Wright-Penn is my style icon), maybe it is because I lived in HI and Los Angeles too long but I like the idea of adults dressing like adults. The Underwood's at home at 11 pm still suited up, love it. It makes me want to move to the East Coast...
You don't have to move to the East Coast, you can suit up at home at 11 p.m. even here. I'm almost sure you're not going to get arrested.

:) Fair enough. But I don't think my understated elegance (ha!) will be appreciated in the same way. Okay dude, thanks for humoring me. =)

Season five House of Cards binge watching session to follow. Side note: I still miss coked-out Cory Stills. Hopefully Doug falls off the wagon and things get nuts.

Oh, I think Alison Brie is ridiculously hot. Did when she was in "Community." More so when I saw her in "Sleeping With Other People." But that's beside the point with this show.

I showed up for the 80's, vague memories of GLOW on TV, and the reviews were great. Once I started watching, I stayed for Marc Maron, Betty Gilpin (she is having a heck of a year, what with this and "American Gods") and trying to decide if I like Alison Brie's character, who is really trying to be good but is just terrible at being a person.

Really, though, the show takes off once Ruth (Brie) commits to being the villain. Then everyone else finds their reason to stay, and the group moves forward together.
