anyone catching Sex Education?

Raunchy and not afraid of showing the human anatomy. It's also pretty darn funny and heartfelt.

Gillian Anderson with a British accent though....
I liked it far more than I thought I would. It's a lot sweeter than I expected and has some excellent performances. HBO just renewed it for Season 2.

And if you enjoy Anderson with her English accent (and blonde hair), I highly recommend "The Fall," which is a terrific show.

That Russian Doll series! So intense!

I enjoyed it, but it was weird, and sometimes creepy!

Tell me, I am not the only one who has seen it!

Russian Doll was recommended by a co-worker. It was kind of hit-or-miss for me. I liked that the main character was that hard-living New Yorker (e.g. taking ketamine at a baby shower, sure, that happens *eye roll*) but the other half of the story did not really hold my attention. It just seemed like it was just two lonely damaged people who found each other, which is fine but my issue is: why would the universe care if they lived or died? Neither one was "contributing" to society in that television good vibes way; are they saying that the world needs destructive narcissist too? Ha! Good enough.

As an aside: if I had moved to NYC I would absolutely be that girl who burns out and lets a homeless person cut their hair as she spirals to the bottom. Lol. Whew! Bad haircut averted. =)
