Weird, man...I never ever thought I'd say this. I have loved Howard from day 1. Some 30 years later, there just seems to be a lot of resentment...as he keeps making the show smaller. Maybe it's time.

I think you hit the nail on the head. They are trying to get younger. KROQ is still playing songs that are 25 years old on max rotation and no one is listening. This was a business decision (poorly executed) just a ****ty one. It's pretty typical of how the whole team was fired. Everyone on that morning show over the last decade has been blindsided by their pink slip. Show business, amirite?

But then again, does anyone under 25 listen to the radio? Catch 22?
