The second one was the single most insulting piece of trash that I can remember seeing. Heard the 3rd is pretty solid...but i just cannot forgive the experience of number 2. Lin Shaye is BOSS though. Check out Dead End with her and Ray Wise if you haven't yet.

I made it through 20 mins of RE "The Final Chapter" last night. I have seen the first 4 and they were subpar but somewhat watchable (like a train wreck?) It's from our movie channel, so while it's in the TV package it doesn't cost as much as seeing it in a theater...

The 'editing' and I use that term loosely is atrocious. There isn't one non-backstory shot of Alice/Milla that lasts more than 2 seconds. She walks to a motorcycle... 6 cuts in 10 seconds. Zombie attack? 20 cuts. Etc.

Should I try to finish the last 1.5 hours?
