All Things: TELEVISON

But c'mon...is it really that much better?

Yes. Yes it is.

It's disposable and I resent the SyFy creature flash fx...Giuntola is really a blank canvas. The supporting cast and hints of story points to come are the saving grace...

Meh... it's getting better and I don't need everything I watch to be great.

Didn't say I DIDN'T like it. Just that the cape pushed a few of my buttons...Carnies, good supporting characters. It's gone. I'm over it. Why are we fighting?:poke:

Julia Stiles to Walk in the Midnight Sun for NBC | Horror Movie, DVD, & Book Reviews, News, Interviews at Dread Central

Deadline is reporting that Stiles joins the cast of "Midnight Sun". The thriller, based on an Israeli format, follows the mysterious disappearance of the Midnight Sun, a group living on a cult-like commune in Alaska, and a female FBI cult specialist leading the investigation that uncovers a larger conspiracy. Stiles will play FBI agent Leah Kafka, while Connor O?Farrell ("The Pacific") will play the town police chief and Emma Bell ("The Walking Dead"), his daughter Rory.

With Titus Welliver(Lost/Sons) and Michael Raymond James(Terriers...damn....Terriers) already attached, this is sounding like a decent idea.

TV THIS WEEK: It's a super-sized Alcatraz, Darth Maul and more! | Blastr

It's a two-episode event! Despite a pre-emption last week of the episode "Clarence Montgomery" due to the Daytona 500, Fox is keeping its planned double-header this week. First the team try to track down two violent brothers, Herman and Pinky Ames, in the "The Ames Bros.," and then they go on the hunt for "Sonny Burnett." As for "Clarence Montgomery," that been rescheduled for next week.

So the pre-empted episode is going to be shown out of sequence. It would appear that Fox has made up their minds about this show already.

Just watched the first episode of Awake and I thought it was pretty good. I'm already hooked and cant wait to happens next.
