I had this idea more than a decade ago, only they are doing it wrong. Just run the tapes from the start of MTV in order, so it is always the same amount of time behind. Instead they are skipping the actual good MTV to get to the Beavis and Butthead episodes they already played to death and the Pulitzer Prize winning cultural high points like The Hills? Palm to face.
Did this season start slow? It seemed a bit of a chore to plow through but after the last episode I think it turned a corner and is about to pick up.That Fake Low-Budget Slasher Film From ‘Mr. Robot’ Is Now Available Online

I haven't and will NOT be searching it out. Thanks!I thought it was just because I burned through the first season the week before...thought the combination of instant gratification and the fact that I now had to go week to week was causing a backlash. But I agree, the last episode seemed to really kick things into gear again. I don't know if you've read the really speculative spoilery theories about Eliot and Ray's relationship...but it's a groovy theory. If you haven't read it though you'd probably be best not searching it out.
