I got to work under him once in 1997 doing a not so serious lecture on classical music and opera... He was conducting Donizetti's Son Pasquale that night and was laughing himself to tears following my send up of the opera... I was nailing it in not only plot and subplot...but also in and between the lines... I only spent one year doing lectures for that opera company before it went belly up...

This earned me an autographed backstage pass from the Maestro himself...even though I was dating the lead soprano (and future wife) at the time...

Requiescat in pace Maestro

Let's see this list.....

Outside my top pick...I doubt I had one face on it... Note that I hated Hulk Hogan from the get go...

1 Undertaker
2 Rowdy Rowdy Piper (on bagpipes alone...let on his legendary work on the mic)
3 Andre
3 Macho Man Randy Savage (didn't care much for his face runs...otherwise would be slightly higher)
5 Big John Studd
6 Jake The Snake Roberts
7 Kane (again face runs killed his rating)
8 King Kong Bundy (the 5 count rule in effect and the only one I know of that used it)
9 Cactus Jack (the face runs dropped him BIG time)
10 Afa and Sika (the tag team that even Andre backed away from)

I'll go with the managers

1 Paul Bearer (absolutely HATED the Percival Pringle III gimmick in WCCW...but LOVED his work past that)
2 Bobby The Weasel Heenan
3 Paul Hayman (this includes work well before the WWE AND ECW)
4 Elizabeth (I know...more of a valet...but what eye candy from the auburn haired beauty)
5 Jimmy Mouth Of the South Hart (HATED that freaking megaphone)

Managers are tough. I might put sensational sherri on there.
