No...he's never choked away a 3-0 series lead...not yet...

...but in the history of modern major league baseball (from 1899 on) only ONE manager has ever pulled a starting pitcher with a perfect game after 7 innings. And that manager has done it twice.

Who is this genius?

Dave (I Am The Smartest Man In The Room) Roberts

I wonder how many World Series trophies would be adorning the halls of Dodger Stadium, if say, Joe Maddon was managing the Dodgers instead of Dave (The Genius) Roberts.

I honestly believe the Dodgers would have more trophies with NO manager instead of Dave (Where's My Red Bull?) Roberts vibrating on the bench.

He makes the same exact mistakes over and over and over and over and over again and expects different results each time. Heck, I wish Coach Todd was the manager. Even with zero baseball experience, he'd make better in-game decisions than Dave (The Rocket Scientist) Roberts.

*That comeback was one of the sweetest things I have ever seen in my sporting life. And just like Sutter and Justin Williams, I always believed we would came back and win that series, even down 0-3.

...yeah, the Ducks would love nothing more than to play spoiler and knock us down a notch. I expect them to come out even harder in the 3rd. I hope the Kings are ready for war.
