Arvidsson (lower body) out week to week.

I just hope the injury is not related to the back surgery he had early in the season.

Groin injuries can be recurring and are susceptible to re-injury.

Hoping for the best. 🤞
I'm thinking no. Anytime I've had back spasms etc I could barely move--in watching him move around the ice (after) you couldn't tell something was wrong.

Looked to me like a groin pull...but I'm no doctor.
One thing I wish the NHL fan community would borrow from other sports fan communities is real doctors giving their speculative opinions on injuries and potential timetables for return.

Ex: this doctor does videos about once a week on significant sports injuries. I’d love to see another professional focus just on the NHL.

This doc on Twitter is good. He didn’t post about Arvy though.

You don’t need a spleen to live. Ask Forsberg.

Arvy’s gonna be out until his cap hit doesn’t matter anymore.

Sounds like Blake is going shopping before the trade deadline.
He might have to. Anderson will be out Saturday, still being evaluated. Just a matter of what he will be shopping for. D man? There are guys that could fill in from the AHL squad...and Spence. Goalie? Another Forward?

Well good on him that he gets to collect a paycheck sitting on his behind, but I was really hoping he was going to be the catalyst for an exciting playoff run.
