This is making me uncomfortable. We're supposed to lose in OT. Winning 2-0 is very strange.
In all seriousness this means we probably won't be trading Perry, and we absolutely SHOULD be trading him before the deadline. Like always, there is just enough hope of playoffs to stave off the selling and firing. Sigh.

I don't remember actually....maybe.
I was at a game once where they only used ONE puck the whole game. I didn't notice at the time but some years later they talked about it on a broadcast. Apparently, the puck was sent to the HOF in Toronto after the one of the refs noted it the night it happened. It was the same game where Charlie Simmer had his goal scoring streak end.

Kelly said it was the 4th game since 1945 to have 2 goals and no penalties. I guess penalty free is also rare for the Kings. According to Google:
