I agree with you, but only because of the shot itself. You can’t leave a once upon a time all-star wide open in the slot. This must be curtailed, immediately.

Right.

It’s not a systems issue, because these guys played fantastic defense for the most part all last year. It’s not a bench management issue, because the game just started. It might however, be a motivation issue, with the coach having lost the room. Maybe it’s time for Hiller to call Holland into the dressing room after the game, and let the team know that he’s going to bag skate them into oblivion until they either get their heads out of their asses, or Holland fires him.

Just got a text from my Kings buddy. He said the best thing that can happen is the Kings ending up in the cellar of the division... and attendance starts plummeting... and the sooner the better so management will finally br forced to make some changes.
Hard to argue with that logic.
Watching this year's team I'm having flashbacks to 2007. We suck.
