It’s not a systems issue, because these guys played fantastic defense for the most part all last year. It’s not a bench management issue, because the game just started. It might however, be a motivation issue, with the coach having lost the room. Maybe it’s time for Hiller to call Holland into the dressing room after the game, and let the team know that he’s going to bag skate them into oblivion until they either get their heads out of their asses, or Holland fires him.

This is kind of what I am thinking. This team is lacking any urgency, no focus. Just going through the motions. This is what I was getting at in my thread titled "Management or Personnel". Is the poor play on the coach and the makeup of the team, or are the players just not "in the game" yet?
