***Chicago Blackhawks vs. LA Kings GDT 4/21/22 7:30pm on BSW***

Best part is for someone tired of 7 minute stories on the Lakers on local sportscasts,Kings will be only playoff team at Crypto!

Ahh found it. Armi, aka Derek Armstrong, played for Kings from 2002 until 2009,

What's the connection with Rancho Cucamonga? I live here.
He played there as hockey was growing in SoCal. He’s a 93, big kid back then. Same as my son but bigger as a goalie. Never saw him at this level but worked his ass off to get where he is.

Only after the Kings clinch a playoff spot. Quick has won three straight, having allowed only a goal in each game. No way he comes out now.

it's entirely possible they dont clinch until the final game of the season. And there's almost no way he starts in the playoffs if Quick continues to play well. Im not saying that's what will happen, but the fact that its a real possibility seems crazy to me. If you'd told me at the beginning of the season that Quick would be the better goalie this season, and would carry the team through a couple of critical stretches, and start in the playoffs...

and that all of us fans would be completely confident that this is the right decision.....

Great win for the Kings, but how in the world does Toronto completely blow that offsides challenge?

Fairly certain this is the first time in one of these questions where more pollsters got it exact over the other possibilities 3 points 12, 2 points 9, 1 point 5. Good job getting those points, we just won't talk about the shutout Nyssa tossed on the other half of the question.

Kings are far ahead of the Hawks and didn't play down to their level. Way to take care of business. I will say that I thought Q and Kaliyev got a little too tunnel visioned in the third trying to carry the puck around the offensive zone. I mean it's good to see they are gaining the confidence to hold onto the puck, but they have to remember this is the NHL and they really need to work on getting their team game up to speed so that part slows down for them. Other than that they kept their foot on the gas the whole game so big kudos. Now do it again against the Ducks so we can all have a nice weekend.

This was a great showing by the Kings. It does not quite make me forget some of the duds from not too long ago (Boston and Seattle come to mind), but we looked confident the whole way through, even when the score was still close. Danault has come such a long way and far exceeded expectations. Moore, too. At one point Moore skated by and I yelled "come on Thousand Oaks!" causing the folks in front of me to turn around and bust up laughing.

Thanks to jt for the great seat just a few rows from the glass. Was fun hanging out. I picked up my new Byfield jersey, as well. And got 3 points on the gameday question! It was a really good night.

The only explanation I can think of is that the offside player tagged up before re-entering the zone, and a Blackhawk player was not in control of the puck when it entered the zone with the aforementioned player still in the zone.

Kane was over the blue line and did not touch up before the puck hit the ice. That was clearly offside.
