Drew Doughty redemption season?

So you don't think the Kings will trade for Jason Robertson...extend him 7 years at 12.5 per which of course he'll gleefully accept because he doesn't care that much about scoring and just LOVES Manhattan Beach?? Such a pessimist!

P.S- With lyrics like 'slowly walking down the hall....faster than a cannonball' how can you be anything short of legendary?
On the flip side of that (future) Roberts extension, if he becomes the first King since Gretzky to have a 100 point season, one of those seasons at 12.5 would be worth it. Yes?

John, may you remember the one song by cage the elephant at the show, the edible kick in as soon as the waves start to crash on Champagne Supernova and sing at the top of your lungs in the encore of Wonderwall.

Am I really checking out tickets for this now? Gawd. Damn. It.

Rose bowl September 6th and 7th. Pasadena is sooo close, f.

Oh don't get me wrong...I'd take him in a heart beat. It'll just never happen. (Kinda like me voluntarily listening to Champagne Supernova again...?)

Pardon me. I mistook your sarcasm for genuine interest. And your ears are broken.

Robertson is a 6'3 (so NOT small) 26 year old from Arcadia(homegrown), who is to say that being centered by the pass first Kopitar and silky smooth Kempe would not be the exact combination that creates the second coming of the Triple crown line? You get a hundred points! You get a hundred points! You get a hundred points! Infact, Dave, Charlie and Marcel may have told me this in a dream. =)

Take him completely off the PK, we certainly have the bodies for that now...

Give Clarke 2 or 3 more shifts on offensive zone faceoffs...

It's the logical thing to do, so Hiller will do the exact opposite.

Maybe that's the plan with these D signings...I'm sure that if there are any minutes DD is willing to give up, it's the PK ones.

One of the defensive minded lefties needs to play RD in that case...but is that as big of an adjustment as it is at even strength? Probably not...

Huh. I wasn't aware that DD needed to redeem himself.

Oh, LGK....never change!!

The only real redemption I'd like from him is not getting injured this time around!

JMO, but I think Cody Ceci needs a redemption season even more than DD.

Redemption season from Ceci would only be possible if he stinks it up in his first season. So, let's hope that won't be necessary...eek.

Was a big Oasis fans through their first 4 albums, wasn't a big fan of the last 3. They had some amazing b-sides as well. Also really like Noel's High Flying Birds stuff. Anyways, as for Dewey, not sure he'll have a redemption season. Won't be trash but also won't be an $11M player. Age just catches up to every player. Really hope he just stays healthy and they manage his minutes...will be bad if both of these things don't happen.
I think I'm one of their biggest fans (on this continent anyway) and I'd say first four is being generous. I don't know many bands that had a better 1-2 start to their career (and really three if you count those amazing b-sides) but I would also say I don't know many bands that dropped off the way they did. I stopped looking forward to the albums themselves, but instead looked forward to the press around the albums - listening to them bash other artists (while their own artistry declined) was a lot of fun.
