Should have been done a few weeks before the break. Especially as those those OT losses continued to happen. You’re right, changing coaches now is too late but I still want gone.Fire Hiller, it's not changing anything. The Kings are not going to start winning with a new coach.
The rest of the team got a golfing break and now quickly want to go back on the field for the rest of the spring/summer.Did I mention I hate the Olympic break?
He will be gone, however, most likely at the end of the season. The team knew they were hanging on by a thread when Keumper was keeping them in every game and taking them into OT. Once Keumper got nicked up and could not carry the team anymore, it was over as the Kings were exposed.Should have been done a few weeks before the break. more stink to come. They actually have stunk for 4 games in a row. They have lost 5 straight but they played Carolina tough. Where did that team go?That was the stinkiest stinky stink game of this stink season... absolutely stink![]()
We're such a mess right now, who knows where to even start.more stink to come. They actually have stunk for 4 games in a row. They have lost 5 straight but they played Carolina tough. Where did that team go?
Is it time to bring up Portillo? Can’t be any worse than Forsberg or Kuemper. They need to use the rest of the season to evaluate what they may have in Ontario. Trade Kuemper for whatever. Trade marginal players like Foegele and Moore. Waive Forsberg, Malott and Moverare. This season ended tonight. Hope the Kings are looking ahead to next season starting tomorrow when Hiller should be gone…

GM?
Head coach?
Players?
Goalies?
Ice girls?
Peanut vendors?
Skate sharpeners?
Right now the Los Angeles Kings are the ultimate cluster f*ck of an organization, from top to bottom, and everywhere in-between.
It's like deja vu 2005.
Is Hller fired yet? And Holland? And Luc?
With that contract and the fact that the Kings suck hard, Bread will most likely waive his NMC to go to a good team next year, and Holland can get a bunch of young prospects/high picks for him.I'll say it again, I have no idea why Holland traded for Panarin. What did he expect him to do? Did he not see him on the Rangers this season? The Kings are the Rangers of the West. Panarin would be a good fit on a playoff team, like Carolina or Tampa Bay. Not on a team like the Kings, they were not making the playoffs.
Or Edmonton. He’s better than any three of the goalies that have played for them this year.WAIVE Forsberg? Forsberg has been decent this year, surely he has value to a team with goaltending issues like MTL.
Failing to fire him makes it appear to the fans that you don't care. We just need to stop buying tix to games.Should have been done a few weeks before the break. Especially as those those OT losses continued to happen. You’re right, changing coaches now is too late but I still want gone.
This season is over. Do you want Forsberg back next year? First goalie move should definitely be trading Kuemper. Until that happens I would hope to see Portillo get a long look. Guess they could keep 3 goalies on the roster but that would take away a roster spot that should be better used in auditioning the skaters in Ontario. What would Forsberg bring in trade? 3rd rounder at best? The guy is good one game then horrible the next. The roster spot has more value than an erratic goaltender.WAIVE Forsberg? Forsberg has been decent this year, surely he has value to a team with goaltending issues like MTL.
That fact that no King even touched McDavid on his waltz through the o-zone is more concerning to me than Darcy doing his Labarbera impression. It was nice to see Keumper protect that precious land at the intersection of behind the net and behind the goal line on the McDavid gimme.
True, but that guy can waltz through most any NHL defense. Kuemper in LOLbarbera mode bordered on hilarious. That fact that no King even touched McDavid on his waltz through the o-zone is more concerning to me than Darcy doing his Labarbera impression.
