risotto with girondelle mushrooms, pancetta and a chorizo emulsion
baba au rhum with fresh berries

cr?que monsieur (guilty pleasure junk food of mine)

noix de coquilles st. jacques. i'm only posting this because this is the first time we got to try the coral (roe) of the scallops and i wish it were easier to find here. if anyone knows of a place in socal that doesn't remove it, spill the beans.
