Agree to disagree. Disgruntled team barely keeping their head above water plus an elderly thrice removed d*ck pig coach known for his love of casual emotional sadism, no bueno. And we don't have the talent to rise above it or the sand paper to weather the storm, it will just break them. IN ANZE's final season! Cliff are we even (LGK message board) friends!!??

That would be great if course, but as you say not likely. As a Swede, would love to have Matty Norstrom as a kick-some-ass assistant coach. I know he wasn’t the most vocal leader, but he wouldn’t tolerate this…

Kevin is from Switzerland, but played in Sweden as a junior so the above still works for him… ;-)

Woot! Yes, yes. Loving all things Matti but knowing full well he "did his time here" and only came back for Blake's number to the rafters ceremony because the coward (rob-o)did not want to hear those booooooos; so we have no social currency with that Legend. Paid in full. But if I can pine/dark horse campaign for Foppa as a coach you can do the same with Nordstrom.

My inclusion of Kevin in the "could use a Forsberg glow up" in the style department was less-heritage and more, can see the potential for growth.

Loving the Anze and Kevin in the Swedish leagues connection, nice job boys.

Willing to be that story topper (lie, it wont): Found a book in those neighborhood leave a book/take a book* by Stieg Larsson (the girl with the dragon tattoo-2005) this year; loved it and went to the bookstore to buy the other two in the series(only copies at Vromans). Twenty years after the hype but still amazing and I "get" all the computer hacking verbiage. *laughing* That is some super dated material. Note: whenever I read them in public, someone would come up to me and say they read the series and loved them.

* It looks like a mailbox(usually brightly colored) in front of a house but it is filled with books for the taking, mostly filled with "trash" novels, parenting books and fad cookbooks.

I get it. I wouldn’t be psyched on Babs getting another chance. He didn’t even make it to training camp for the BJs before he got sacked. I don’t know what the level after red flag is but it’s that. My support is mostly facetious.

But in all honesty, watching Hiller coach this team is now casual emotional sadism on us. And it makes a guy desperate. For like anybody. I’m sorry.

Tuned out after Wash 1st goal, assuming Hiller's style of mosh-pit-along-the-boards hockey could not overcome a 1 goal deficit. Painful enough to watch this team hold a lead.

Contrast that with Utah-Anaheim last night as the Utes lit up the quacks with precision passing. That extra pass, that the Kings rarely make in Hiller's shoot from the blue line offense, led to several goals. The Hiller dump and chase scheme was rarely used by the Utes or the quacks.

There is a slight error with your statement, IMO. The Kings do make that extra pass. They do it any time a Kings player has the puck on his stick and they are in the slot. Then, it is kind of like hot potato and get that puck to the boards, or the point ASAP. I think Hiller would bench them if they put it to the net from a good scoring area.
