Darcy finally became human again. No more stealing wins or OT's. No more 1 goal
wins. Darcy stole so many points due to him getting the games in OT.
When Darcy stopped standing on his head, the defensive side of the ice was exposed. In the last two games, Fiala has not made an ill advised pass and they have given up 13 goals.
Without Darcy tending out of his mind, the Kings would have been out of the race by January. Did anyone realize that the Kings had just one more regulation win than the Rangers when the Panarin trade went down. We all believed the Rangers were terrible. The Rangers now may have more regulation wins than the Kings.

He hasn’t been the same since the first concussion. The way that second one happened with almost no contract makes me wonder if he should even be playing. Glad he didn’t get embarrassed in Italy.

Luc has to go. Much of this fiasco of an org is his direct fault.
I admit there is a certain appeal to getting crushed under hiller for the remainder of the season, then grabbing a much higher draft pick, but I don't feel that's the right path.
We need to dump Hiller as soon as another viable coach is available in order to give the new coach time with the team prior to next season. Time to get a system started; time to get a different mentality and culture imposed. There is value in getting him in prior to the long summer break.
And let's be honest, our high draft picks haven't been lighting the world on fire for the last few years.

I'm all for the draft picks, especially if we can fall enough to grab a franchise player like McKenna. From what I have seen, the top 3 picks will be fire.

This team the Kings have right now will get crushed under any coach. The only way the Kings have a chance to win is if Darcy gets back to Nov-Dec Darcy. I don't see that happening.

Darcy had a small slump last year but recovered. He was a bit off before the break and didn’t see any action for three weeks. We will see if he can respond again.

It’s funny, because if you listen to any of the away team announcers they think QB is a top NHL 1st line C and a huge threat. I just lol when I hear them talk about him.
