He is absolutely for real. A ppg player maybe not.
He's a local boy right?

The REAL DEAL!!!

This Trevor has become the Kings' Swiss Army Knife guy... like the old Trevor... but with far more offensive upside.

Came here to say this. Like Trevor Lewis (who I absolutely loved) with 30% more talent.

Instead of scrappy, sticky, hustle defense, he plays scrappy, sticky, hustle offense.

Bottom six talent, but he works his butt off. That's why he's had the success that he has. Everyone's buying into the system.

I don't mean to be dramatic, but . . .

Baby, he's for real
He's as real as real can get
If what you're looking for is real offense
Then what you see is what you get

Dom trying to jimx too

16. One of the reasons it’s been hard for the Canucks to gain real ground in the playoff race is due to the prolific rise of the Kings. A big reason for that is the team’s second line, anchored by Los Angeles’s two big offseason additions: Phillip Danault and Viktor Arvidsson. Trevor Moore on the other side has been a terrific surprise too. The trio has played 264 minutes together and has earned a 62 percent expected goals rate during that time, which ranks seventh among 37 forward lines to play over 200 minutes. They’ve outscored opponents 18-10 as a result.

Danault was a bit of a risky add due to his price tag, but he’s been worth every penny in his first season as a King. He’s playing at a 2.1-win pace, looking like one of the league’s best second-line centers.

The RD surplus is fascinating but Moore has got me thinking about the forward surplus and what comes next.

Blake has to bring in a first line winger this off-season. Hoping for Boeser or Bertuzzi if available but that’s another story. With Moore solidifying his role alongside Danault this year, it looks more likely than not he’ll retain that role next year, at least to start unless someone knocks him out.

Say someone doesn’t. With the consistency Moore plays with, I think that’s also likely at this stage. You can move AI to the third line. Probably at least one of Vilardi or Kupari gets packaged anyway. But then what about Kaliyev? He will have earned a promotion to at least slot in alongside Byfield. AI aint going to the 4th line.

I’m wondering if Iafallo gets traded this off-season and if Moore’s play might have made that a consideration. AI would be an attractive piece as a proven player and moving him would clear up cap for a big name scorer. And quite possibly a raise for Moore.

Iafallo will be staying with the Kings

Agree, I've been hoping for Bertuzzi for awhile now - seems like he'd be a great fit on the Kings. NY is rumored to being open to trading Lafreniere who is also someone I hope the Kings make a play for (sure the price would be extremely high though).

I'd move Alex well before I'd move Kupari. The kid is growing right before our eyes and could be a 1st liner in time.

100% agree on Kupari has shown 1st line potential ever since coming back up as a winger. i've never been a huge fan of Iafallo but he has really grown on me, despite the drought. Really think Kings would be smart to keep him as he can fit a lot of roles.

Laf would be something but gotta think NYR wants established players going back. Not our strong suit.

AI and Kupari. You keep them both but between the two of them plus Kaliyev, who do you play with Lizotte and Lemieux? Maybe you start the season like that but it’ll prove to be a logjam that will have to be solved at some point I’d think sooner than later.
