I wonder why they're not putting him on LTIR, It would be for 10 games & 24 days, which is 3/22. Maybe there's a rule or some disadvantage the more players on LTIR.

I wish the Kings could be more honest about players injury status. Just so we might know when or if any of these guys will be back in time for the playoffs.

Honesty could mean less fans in seats...? I don't know...if some people are only willing to go to meaningful games they could give up on the team "too soon" for the team's number crunchers' taste.

There is no need to put him on LTIR because they don't need the cap space at the moment. Arvidsson's injury has covered their needs.

3 weeks is a sprain. Since he will be back before years end, they cannot afford to bring in anything of significance whether he goes on LTIR or not.

I have the same issue but with Kings hats. My friends have even made comments when they see a pic of me and I'm not wearing one. As for jerseys, I've got close to 60 so my pics are usually very different looking. Beautiful sweater though. I've got that one and the reverse one, but with Luc.

Haha I just noticed I always wear my kings hat on days I don't it's my jerseys .. my favorite one is signed by king .. he's from around our area .. and a lady won the draw but my whole community (small) knows I bleed whatever color our jerseys happen to be and made sure she got it to me ..

Not to hijack this thread with Kempe injury news, but Mayor says it now looks like 2-3 weeks rather than the originally feared 4-6. So probably not a compound fracture.
