Kevin Fiala stretchered off the ice in Milano, FFS

That was a bad looking injury. I don't recall many times when people are stretchered off on their stomach.
Such a shame in a game that was already determined.
Yeah, final minutes. And I was kinda disappointed that Drew didn't come over and check on him right away. In his defense, he did come check as Kevin was being taken away.

Just so damn sad. Hope it’s just a bone break and not anything ligament related. Or hip related:

I hate sh*t like that. A doctor should not be wildly speculating like that. And of course he's also wrong, the Swiss announced it was a lower leg injury. I think he broke his ankle, that's what it looked like to me. His foot was pointing in a direction it shouldn't.

First off, good news. Glad it’s not the hip.

He said the “concern” is hip dislocation, not that it happened. The Bannerman who’s a doctor listed a hip injury as a possibility also. This is just running through possible injuries something could be.

Needs clicks, I mean to make $

True, but he cannot trade cash for a player. What assets does he have to trade besides our 1-2 round draft picks in 26-27-28
Exactly.. while we would have the cap space, it would cost assets to replace an offensively gifted forward that we -already- had… and we all know this team isn’t doing sh*t in the playoffs, so blowing more assets on a hope and a wish would be folly.

That’s all he’s going to need.

And you look at the cash piece wrong. We’ve got cap space to take on a contract, which is just as valuable as a prospect.
