Difficulty - Colorado. Avs are a winning machine, especially at home. Speaking of home records, the Kings are complete crap defending home ice. Need to fix it.

Yeah but look at the schedule. Should they lose to Colorado... yes they should. But then they should end the season on a six-game winning streak. It's end of the season playoff hockey time, and it's going to be tough with such a short-handed defense.... but at least it means something this year. It's fun for a change, win or lose.
 
That was a must win game. Thankfully they came through. And with the Vegas OT loss, there’s a little bit of breathing room. Putting Brown & AI with Lizotte was a great move. They’re not expected to score so when they get 2 goals it’s huge. And of course the Danault line is excellent as always.

And just like this one, Colorado is another must win. And every game after that until we clinch a playoff spot.

I'm not sure if it was this particular save, but I was watching the Chicago feed, and Pat Foley and Eddie Olczyk were reminiscing about the Hawk visits to L.A. in the '70s. Suddenly, Quick made a great save, and Foley seamlessly exclaimed, "save by Vachon!".

I'm going to miss Foley greatly. He's been such an iconic voice in hockey broadcasting. He and Olczyk made some very nice comments about Bob Miller as well. Time marches relentlessly on. <sigh>

Colorado is an expected loss... it's gravy if we win, but they are a far far better team. It's the last six games that really matter.

I believe they go 2-4, losses to Columbus, Anaheim once, Chicago and they will lose to Vancouver.

After Vegas stomped Calgary I’m thinking more like Kings go 4-2 for 96 points and miss the playoffs.

But I’ll certainly be watching too. Win out for 100 baby!

Ok, this is bugging me. What on earth makes you think Columbus will beat us? 3-4-3 their last 10 games and under .500 on the road.

Just a feeling with so much pressure on them. Columbus, Chicago, Anaheim have nothing to lose. They will play loose. And we know Anaheim would love to knock the Kings out of the playoff chase. I am hoping somehow the Kings turn the corner but looking at the last game, they were embarrassed against a team that has wrapped up everything.

Ok. I am not saying of course that we cannot lose that game. But Vegas has BJs as a +165 to +170 underdog if you feel strongly about it! Honestly though, BJs are awful. I could see Anaheim giving us trouble like they always do.
