Durzi is being asked to do too much...he's been fumbling the puck which leads to other teams creating turnovers. We need veteran D, but they're all injured. Growing pains.

Some guys wilt when expectations get raised. He was fine when we sucked but now, he's got a front seat view as the biggest
passenger on this team. And at $4 mil per, absolutely trade him.
