Ceci's had his troubles as a D-man but I cringe every time I see Burroughs on the ice, as he's even worse than Ceci.

2nd period ends. The Kings still hold on to their lead for now but DD went to the locker room after taking a puck shot to his left foot which really seemed to affect him so badly. With DD gone, the Sens eventually out-shot the Kings on SOGs late in the period but weren't able to tie it. The Kings better hope they can keep their lead in the next 20 minutes.

He’s a hard watch. Otto Salin may never ne NHL ready. But he’s still very young. But I’d rather see him get a chance.

But Burroughs is the only real RD call up they have.

The pipeline is more like a wilted straw. Little help available. Such poor asset management and drafting these last 4 or 5 years. 2 best defense prospects are still in Juniors.
