Interesting defensive strategy by TB d men I’ve seen multiple times where they’re just literally lying down in the slot on cycling plays. Seems to be working well.

I wonder if anyone tracks how much time a player has the puck on his stick. The Kings as a team has very little time to do anything with the puck this game. Everything is under extreme pressure. Almost no passes are clean.

I have seen this as a stat (I think they show it on the boards at Staples, actually, but I never pay attention to those things). I think it is in the TOI (Time on Ice) post-game report, though, which you can look at on NHL.com
