If NHL teams travel to Vegas, they seriously need to resist the temptation to fall into the trap that is the so-called "Vegas Effect" in which bad things happen to the opposing team when they play in the T-Mobile Arena. I guess the Kings didn't get the memo.
I wonder if Fiala needs his eyes checked and I'm not being the slightest bit sarcastic. Some of his passing and pass receiving is unfathomable for someone that obviously has a (borderline) elite skill set.
End of the 1st period. A terrible period for LA as they allowed 3 goals, with 2 of them in the PP for Vegas. The Kings are suffering from "Vegas Effect Syndrome" in which bad things happen to the visiting team when they come to play in the T-Mobile Arena. They seemed to forget to play D in this game and also had a very listless PP. 40 minutes left and one can only hope LA shakes off the yips and get back to meaningful form.
