GDT ***LA Kings @ Vegas Golden Knights GDT 10/8/25 >>7:00pm<< on TNT & HBOmax***

Vegas will come out fresh as a daisy and the Kings will be dead from playing last night and not killing all these penalties.

2nd period ends. The Kings keep getting cursed with the 2nd Period Hex as they let Vegass come back and score 3 goals despite the Kings scoring their 3rd goal earlier.
They didn't let Vegas come back, they gave Vegas the advantage by Turcotte's beyond stupid penalty, seconds after helping his team take a 3-1 lead. That is immaturity and he will learn from it, however tonight it will cost them the game.

Well, in a sense, Turc's and Ferry's bone-headed penalties did allow Vegass to come back so, technically, I'm not entirely wrong.

Some of the Kings lack situational awareness. I know I'm beating a dead horse, however, in a back to back game, in your offensive zone, just after taking a two goal lead, you take a 5 minute major. The fourth line was actually the best line in this game, until Turcotte had HUA syndrome.

And pathetic because I simply don’t understand why Hiller refuses to play those lines when they consistently bring the top lines back into the game

Let’s see how much time that line gets in the 3rd now with Turcotte getting the offensive zone major.

Hiller doesn’t know how to prepare our team against others. Last night, no physicality. Tonight, again, no physical play. Coach Hiller in the pre-season watched his team go 0-22 on the man advantage. I wince when the Kings are on the PP. They at least play better 5 on 5.

Credit to Hiller for putting Turcotte and line back out.
I muted intermission. Golden boy this, Golden boy that…, blah blah blah!!
I wanted Kings with a lead praise. Instead we got laughs at Golden Boy twitter, and Golden Boy smiles. Yep, all Golden Boys.

I'm not sure if Hiller is too sure of himself or he really doesn't know how to adjust when things don't go his way in a game. But this is just pitiful. As stubborn as TMac can be, even he knows how to utilize all 4 lines from his teams that he coaches.
