Even with the different 1-2-2 neutral zone system the Kings are employing this season, the Oilers still have no trouble penetrating the LA zone thanks to their annoyingly skilled players. If the Kings can draft a proper puck-moving two-way d-man in the next coming draft as well as more power forwards (and I really like power forwards in hockey), then they can slow down the Oilers in the next seasons.

Like the thought process, but drafting will take too long to develop unless it’s more long game. We’ll need to find via FA or trade if that’s the route.
