Fox is wrong here though. Boarding can be off of a trip. I don't think the penalty raises to the level of a major but tripping a defenseless player and then they fall violently into the boards is boarding.

The bad calls balance out. Remember last spring that the Kings mugged Huberdeau a couple of times and then he took a stupid penalty and we tied the game in the final minutes and then won in OT. This crap call on Turcotte is bad reffing balancing out.
