End of 1st period. Both teams score one nifty goal each towards the end of the 1st period. Despite that, the Blues controlled most of that period while LA was trying to weather the storm. Unfortunately, the Kings are back to the PK for the second time due to Lewis taking an unnecessary penalty right at the end of the period. Well, the Kings are going to have to work even harder to kill their second penalty and play more meaningful hockey in the next 40 minutes.
