Why can we play like today outside of Los Angeles?

I think is too 1. The kings controlled all the game against one of the best teams of the league. This was a top 3 win for the Kings this season. A complete 60 minute effort.
Beat the Jets, Wild, and now Caps when they were top of the standings. That’s what I remember.I think that is at least 3 wins against the leagues top teams so far?
Wow that’s awesome. I’ll need to look up that goal because that’s real quick off a starting faceoff in any situation. On other news, wow, the Kraken's Montour just scored the fastest overtime goal in NHL history: four seconds into the OT period and beating the Habs 5-4.

100 percent. Lewis out of the lineup is already addition by subtraction. Having two heavy hitters is what you want on a 4th line and Turcotte’s responsibility keeps them all from getting too loose. This 4th line has an actual identity now; a purpose. I want a little more -mean- from Jeannot and Helenius, though. Trevor Lewis should never see the ice for this team ever again.
Also possibly the Kings best game all season? No lapses, everyone contributing, good faceoff wins. And for once we didn't blow the shutout with 30 seconds left in the game.Nice. Caps losing it. This might be one of the most frustrating games they’ve played all year.
Pure domination. Between Ovi, Wilson and Strome, they had ONE shot total. The entire Caps team appeared to be in shock. They'weren't expecting this from the Kings. You could almost hear them on the bench:Also possibly the Kings best game all season? No lapses, everyone contributing, good faceoff wins. it's generally more difficult to play on the road, but i think a fair amount has to do with getting last change and getting the matchups you want, especially on our D pairs. Clarke is heavily sheltered on zone starts, and spence is generally getting favorable offensive zone starts as well. Gavrikov and Anderson have been getting the lion's share of defensive zone starts for a reason. Kopi and Danault have been getting significant defensive zone draws as well and both are better at draws this season than Q.Why can we play like today outside of Los Angeles?
