Last Movie Watched

last two movies seen were surf flicks - Riding Giants and Step Into Liquid

I, also, saw Blood Diamond today. Thought it was good, but not great.

And it definitely needed more Jennifer Connelly.
 
Saw Children of Men this past weekend. First pick on my best of 2007 list. :) Thought it was a good flick, but it had the same bleak-future vibe that's been in several movies over the past few years.

If DC/Vertigo ever get Y: The Last Man on screen, it needs to be even better than this one.
 
The Hills Have Eyes was a kickass movie. I loved it.

Lots of "Kill that mother****er right there! YEAH BITCH!" moments.
 
i watched God of Gamblers last night because SOMEONE is hell bent on trying convince this me that this guy

i thought it was funny, especially since they followed the "just-like-the-A-team-let's-not-bother-to-reload-as-we-waste-the-bad-guys-with-guns" rule.
 
I just saw Curse of the Golden Flower and two feelings came to me.

1) It was a great movie
2) WTF did i just see?
 
Saw "The Good Shepherd." Meh, well-acted but slow with an underwhelming finish.

Also rented "Little Miss Sunshine." Good flick, fizzled a bit at the end, but it's an easy movie to enjoy.
