I also really liked it. I didn't know if Sandler would fit in a serious film, but he did a good job.

just finished hot fuzz. didnt like it quite as much as i liked shaun of the dead, but it was definitely worth the time spent and id watch it again. plus the outtakes almost made me p*ss myself.

Saw Gone Baby Gone this weekend. It was a really well-done movie. Casey Affleck was good. Ed Harris was great.
Also saw 30 Days of Night yesterday. Liked it way better than 28 Weeks Later. Had some differences from the graphic novel, but most of the changes were better for it.

I also saw "30 Days of Night" yesterday and actually really enjoyed it. They could have maybe shaved off 10-15 minutes, but otherwise I loved the way the vampires looked and the violence was swift and brutal (the blood actually looked real, too). Their black eyes gave me the creeps!

Years behind on this. I'd seen bits and pieces but never all the way through. Hellboy, HELL YEAH. LOVED it. Very well done, funny, clever, dark, sinister and violent but sweet at times and extremely entertaining.
Only regret is not seeing it sooner.

Black Book was EXCELLENT, Snape. Thanks! The characters all came to life and the lead actress was AMAZING. The almost 2 1/2 hours flew by. A different angle on WWII and the nazi's, and when it was done were compelled to watch all the special features which doesn't happen often. Only with stuff we really like. I wouldn't mind seeing it again.

We Own The Night - it was alright. Phoenix's character surprised me. i thought he may turn out to be some woman beater or some pimp. the ending sucked though. i like happy endings, what can i say...
