***Nashville Predators vs. LA Kings GDT 3/22/22 7:30pm on ESPN+ & Hulu ONLY***

Unfortunately he has the worst positioning and defensive reads of any Kings defenseman since Jack Johnson. He has zero ability to defend a cycle, but the kid plays with his heart and his balls on his sleeve. You can't help but love him.

People said the same things about Voynov in his first season with the Kings. Durzi's playing style and on-ice attitude remind me a lot of young Slava.

Valid criticism and this is the reputation he had when the Kings first acquired him. Good offensive facilitation but lacking in the defensive zone. That said, it's amazing how far he has come this season, and how much he continues to grow. I think next season we will see a greatly improved player all around.

Good comparison. He also reminds me of a lite version of Steve Duchesne but that's probably overly optimistic.

My ears just stopped bleeding from Leah Hextall's assault on them last night.

Nice W for the Kongs!

Just got home....you guys have said it all....what a game! Kupari! Byfield!! Everyone!!!!!

Can't wait for fantasy camp tomorrow! I'll try to post a few things when I can. Gonna get to hang out with Jordan Nolan. woot!

Are you going to ask him for fisticuff pointers?

If Byfield can play like this the rest of the season and in the playoffs we might do some damage this year.

I didn't watch the game, just saw the highlights. She has one of the most annoying voices ever when she calls a goal or something else raises her excitement level. I can't imagine listening to a full game of that.

-LA Kings fans Monday night

He was like a new player last night, though!! Definitely a huge difference from the previous game. Maybe he read our comments.....or just watched some video....

He just seemed so much more comfortable out there. Very decisive. And maybe Kupari will be the Dustin Brown to his Anze Kopitar. The chemistry they showed in that game was something to behold.

Heh. I picked the 1st period GWG cynically because I thought we were gonna get rolled. Glad to be wrong about that and get a point anyway.

Forgot to point you out as a Solo winner on that one. I was sure there was someone else that guessed the first too.

This team is hard to figure out. Nothing surprises me anymore with this team. I never expected this tonight. We came out flying and put a very very good team back on it's heels. The Kids Are Alright

Maybe this slew of injuries was a good thing. Early in the season, we talked about this Japanese character on LGK. Sure seems to sum up the Kings season.

I would hardly call this a crisis (kiki). It?s more like a kikai 機会 or chance for the team and it?s younger players to show what they?ve got.
