I've admitted it before, but its worth it to say it again....before the season I thought both Lizzotte and Moore were wasted sweaters. Boy have they proved me wrong. They represent how gutty this team really is.

They have literally become the heart and soul of this team.
I think Lizotte played the best game of his career last night. The kid is tough as nails, and gives 100% every shift.

Don't know if it was mentioned up thread, but during that last scrum, did you see Dustin Brown and Mike Smith just kind of chillin' next to each other?

I'm pretty disappointed that I've seen nothing related to a pending review of Kane trying to gouge Edler's face. He got the 10, but I don't know if that was for simply going after him.

While I understand that Kane is a nice, trustworthy, with no priors, kind of teammate, he definitely tried to scratched Edler's face. C'mon!

Despite all the heat TMac has taken this year by some fans, he definitely pushed all the right buttons last night: 1) coming back with Quick in net (not that there was much doubt), 2) inserting Grundstrom 3) inserting Stecher and changing the D-pairs. 24 hours ago, this felt like this series was going to be over in 5 games. Now, it feels like it could go either way.

I got to give him credit for putting Grundstrom with Moore and Danault. That was a tenacious, great looking line. Grundstrom?s skills fit that line if Arvidsson continues to be unavailable.

Yes! And I was thinking, is this an example of lower testosterone levels, or just mutual respect... I still don't know.

Kane is a man of high-moral fiber, a true role model and humanitarian, a credit to our society, who no doubt received the Boy Scout's Highest Honor when he was a kid, the James M Stewart Good Citizenship Award.

But seriously, what a scumbag. He should get at least a game for gouging. I was hoping he'd get a lifetime ban, and now here he is gooning it up against the Kings in the playoffs. What a world we live in, eh?

I thought Friday night was loud but wow last night was fantastic. Good job fans bringing the noise!

Had a great time at the game last night...hope to see more of that in Edmonton tomorrow...

Only negative was my wife went to get me a beer...she ordered a Golden Road Hazy IPA...I met her in the concourse and took a sip...they gave her bud light instead.

I wouldn't have cared except I've been on a diet for the last month, no processed foods, no added sugar and low carb. I haven't had alcohol in that time and that was my only cheat this whole time...and I did it for a bud light. hahhahhhha....
