2nd period comes to a close. The Kings were looking solid until that questionable call on Englund led to a sketchy Oilers goal. But other than that, Rittich was looking solid in net, better than Talbot. Though it was unfortunate that LA let up their physicality in the period. Get back to playing like what you did back in the 1st, LA, and regain control in the next 20 minutes.

Oh, and when this game ends, whether win or loss, stay with Rittich in net for the entire series, Blake. Don't ever revert back to Talbot, no matter what you do.

Kings outshooting the Oilers 20:10. But how many of those Kings shot were particularly dangerous? 2? Maybe. How many of those 10 Oilers shots were dangerous? 5 or 6? same old story. They cannot generate dangerous chances.
