Kings have to take the body on Mac. They are all caught watching the puck. Zero in on Macs chest and nail it.
 
Almost a perfect period. Still good...nice to see AI get on the scoreboard.
 
We've already scored more than 60% of the number of goals we scored in our ENTIRE last playoff series (3).

Yeah. Great individual play...but the Kings were guilty of playing spectator, too. Each period is 20 minutes, not 19. Gotta give 100% the entire game.

Having typed all that, it was a hell of a goal by McJesus. Not many players can do that.
 
I'll be honest, taking that first period 10/10 times. Really really worried about them getting McDavid out against our bottom 6 though. They cant make the cup that way but they can eliminate the kings that way

Sad, but true.

All-in-all, gotta love the effort. No one can say we ain't giving it our all.
 
Decent team effort. And as already pointed out, McDavid will score. I am more worried about the turnovers and some of the neutral zone play. Quick showed up though. That may be enough if we can take out their passing lanes.
