I?m not sure that power play could have been much worse.
 
well, now we know how Byfield holds up against Kassian. I hope it at least hurt Kassian a little.

Oh, nevermind...the playoffs are all about learning experiences. Who cares about the outcome?
 
Byfield needs to take the simple cycle/dump plays. This isn?t junior or AHL where he?s bigger and faster than most of the players on the ice.

Just got home and game is on the computer...everybody on twitter had been complaining about the officiating...has it been that bad?

Go Kings! Come on let's steal this one on the road!
 
This is the type of game where a young forward starts to show his stuff, some flash that shows, if we are still talking about development, that "this is going to be the guy". Haven't seen it yet. Better see it next year from someone if not in this series.
 
Watching this game in Winnipeg tonight. The TSN guys have shown a lot of love for Quick, Moore and Kempe.

Other than Spence none of the kids look too hot tonight. It?s a perfect playoff intro for them. Fast, hostile, heavy hitting, and even a bit unfair. They won?t ever forget.
 
Byfield is going to be in the playoffs because he's the going to succeed Kopi...Vilardi's not (even though I think he has been good the last games he's been in.)

Edmonton?s speed will expose him big time.

We already have enough slow skating guys in the lineup but they at least are able to play positionally (Edler, Maatta, etc.)

Vilardi can only play in this series as a PP sniper and you already have Kaliyev in that role.
