***PLAYOFFS Round 1 Game 2 GDT 5/4/22 7:00pm on BSSC and ESPN2***

Nothing is going right for the Kings...not winning faceoffs, stretch passes not working.
 
Kings need to go to dressing room after this period and just pat each other on the back for such a pissy effort this game has been

Kopi is so frustrating. He doesn't shoot when he's going in with speed and there are Dmen between him and whoever he was trying to pass to, and then he takes a lame, lame shot when it's so obvious he's going to shoot.
 
I just want to see how they respond in the third, being doubled up on shots this period. Put in the effort in the third, not expecting a win but better effort. Got what we wanted from the first two games. Just need to compete now
 
That was a disaster. Special teams, D, and offense. All bad. Big boys in Edmonton throwing weight around. Kings getting scared. Need ass chewing and some big boys to step it up to come back in the 3rd.
 
This is where you wish teh Kings had a bit more physical presence. Brown, Lemeuix, and Grundstrom need to get involved.
 
That's a real tough period, Q and Arty simply haven't been good enough and it's in the back of the net because of it. The call on AA is gonna happen, and the oilers figure to score on a pp somewhere. The rookies are the reason this game is 3-0 and not 1-0. Wonder if Todd's gonna keep feeding em out there to see what they're made of, or if he gonna try to roll 2.5 lines the rest of the way.

I know this won't be a popular statement, but I think it's really too bad he's not considering retirement with Brown.
